Do I need a physical entry form?

If your entry ever had a physical creation in the real world, then yes, you will need a physical entry form.

There are only a few categories that do not require a physical form:

  • Entries in all Online/Interactive categories (#37–47 and 75)

  • Entries in all Film, Video & Sound categories (#48–71)

  • Entries in select Elements of Advertising categories (#85–98)

I am submitting a physical entry but the program is requiring me to upload a file to complete my entry.

What if I don’t have one?

You can upload a jpg or pdf with a file that simply says “Placeholder”

Should my physical entry be mounted?

Do not mount your physical entry.

At other levels it could even cause your entry to be disqualified.

Will I get my work back after judging if it does not move on?

No. You will forfeit any submitted materials, images, etc.

Exceptions are only made in very rare cases.

Where can I find a copy of the rules and categories?
