Pam Fujimoto brings over 20 years of experience at agencies and in-house, with an inclusive approach and an entrepreneurial mindset to her leadership. As Executive Creative Director at Golin, she is a member of the global leadership team, bringing a culture-forward perspective on earned-first and social creative across the network for clients like McDonald’s, Walmart, Nintendo, Bosch, Thermador, and more. Previously, she led creative for brands like eBay and Dickies, launched the “In An Absolut World” campaign for Absolut Vodka, and led Global Business Marketing at Twitter. At WONGDOODY, she helped lead the agency towards Ad Age's Small Agency of the Year twice, launched several programs, including the Wongtern internship program and the Women in Advertising scholarship, and led a refresh of the agency's identity. Pam is an advocate for inclusive leadership, diverse teams, and introverts. She is also the proud mom of basketball-obsessed twin boys who are now (gasp) teenagers.
